Release 0.8.0 from dev 39e0d715fc.

Carries: multiple presence patterns per child (schema 9), the Sunday-first calendar week, the create-materializes-instances fix, the definition start-date field, and their docs. Version 0.7.1 -> 0.8.0 (manifest.json, pyproject.toml, uv.lock) plus a new 0.8.0 RELEASE_NOTES section. Schema 8 -> 9; upgrade note included. Assigned to overseer for the main merge.
