Promotes Feature 04 (recurrence rule engine) to main: 9 task PRs (#25-#33) independently reviewed and squash-merged on the feature branch. Delivered: ScheduleRule immutable model (6 shapes, intervals, optional start/end), occurs_on/occurrences_between pure evaluation, documented month-end clamp and leap-day clamp policies, anchor-date week offsets (never ISO parity). Suite at release head: 489 passed. Version 0.2.0 -> 0.3.0.
