Adds tests/test_recurrence_bounds.py: per-type fixtures (all six) proving no firing before start_date, none after end_date, no-end-date rules firing arbitrarily far out (daily +50/100y, weekly 50y + 5200 weeks), end==start one-day windows, end-before-start rejected at construction for every type, and occurrences_between window clamping (empty ranges on both sides). 19 new tests; suite 279 passed.
