Extends occurs_on/occurrences_between to WEEKLY and CUSTOM_DAYS: whole-week offset from start_date (never ISO week numbers), weekday membership from the set, CUSTOM_DAYS identical to WEEKLY at interval 1. Hand-checked 8-week sequences for Mon/Wed/Fri interval-1, Mondays interval-2, and Tue/Thu/Sun custom; interval weeks continue across Jan 1 (no ISO parity flip); pre-start days never fire. 17 new tests; suite 209 passed.
