Task d5e6e19e (Feature 19), task-branch PR into the feature branch.

Done-condition: the Schedule month grid header reads S M T W T F S with the leading pad offsetting a month 39 s first day under its true weekday (Sunday-start months get 0 pads; September 2026 starts Tuesday and gets 2), and the Definitions weekday picker lists Sunday first. Stored/API weekday numbering stays Monday=0..Sunday=6, with a regression test fixing weekdayOf for known dates.

Developer evidence at 7c85b7bbd7: cd admin && npm test = 15 files, 216 passed; npm run build exit 0. Changed files: schedule/ScheduleTab.tsx, schedule/ScheduleTab.test.tsx, schedule/cycle.test.ts, definitions/DefinitionsTab.tsx, definitions/DefinitionsTab.test.tsx, definitions/format.ts (WEEKDAY_DISPLAY_ORDER = [6,0,1,2,3,4,5]; rule summaries now read Sun-first too).

Start calendar weeks on Sunday in the admin display 7c85b7bbd7

Render the month grid header Sunday-first with a (weekdayOf + 1) % 7
leading pad, list Sunday first in the weekly-repeat picker, and order
recurrence summaries Sunday-first. The stored Monday=0 .. Sunday=6
weekday numbering is unchanged; a regression test pins it.
