Feature PR for Feature 19 follow-up task d5e6e19e (Calendar week starts on Sunday).

The Admin PWA now renders weeks Sunday-first: the Schedule month grid header reads S M T W T F S with leading pad = (weekdayOf(month)+1)%7, and the Definitions weekday picker and rule summaries list Sunday first. The stored/API weekday numbering stays Monday=0..Sunday=6; a regression test pins weekdayOf for known dates so a renumbering fails.

Task PR #229 reviewed APPROVED at exact head 7c85b7bbd7 and squash-merged into this branch. Checks: cd admin && npm test = 15 files, 216 passed (orchestrator re-ran: same); npm run build exit 0. Diff limited to admin/src.
