Feature 15 (Domain Core Extraction) — extract the domain layer into a Home-Assistant-free core package bundled inside the integration so it ships under HACS and the documented manual install.

Tasks (all independently reviewed APPROVED by Claude Sonnet 5, effort high):

  • d0b691d8 storage layer -> core (PR #142, 1503774)
  • 510c1f78 engines + business layer -> core (PR #143, 315010b)
  • 4dd8f870 explicit HA-free settings object (PR #144, b3715cc)
  • 628473ad no-HA end-to-end smoke test (PR #145, e78edba)

Result: custom_components/nestquest/core/ holds schema, migrations, db, store, DAOs, recurrence, presence, materialize, completion, events (payload-construction only), children, quest_definitions, admin_allowlist, service_policy, const and settings, with re-export shims preserving the integration import paths. No homeassistant import under core/; no top-level core import in the integration; no repo-root core/. test_core_isolation and test_core_no_ha_smoke guard the invariants.

Suite: 1576 passed (was 1496 at feature start).
