Feature 01 (Repository Scaffold and CI), all 6 tasks done and merged into the feature branch.

WHAT/DOES: the empty-but-runnable MealQuest monorepo: Go service skeleton (chi + slog + fail-fast MEALQUEST_* config + /health), Vite React 19 + TS PWA skeleton embedded in the Go binary with SPA fallback, Makefile, multi-stage non-root Dockerfile, Gitea Actions CI, and the agent/docs files.

Combined acceptance evidence (orchestrator-run on the combined branch head 9f4537d):

  • make test exit 0 (gofmt clean, go vet, go test -race all packages, npm typecheck, Vitest 1/1).
  • make build exit 0 (version stamp 9f4537d).
  • docker build . succeeds; docker run with required env -> GET /health 200 {"status":"ok"}, GET / 200 serving the embedded PWA shell (contains "MealQuest"), non-root uid 10001.
  • Missing required env: binary exits 1 naming every missing MEALQUEST_* variable.
  • Gitea Actions CI green on the feature-branch task PRs; workflow runs on push and pull_request.

Tasks: 04797604 (Go module/config/health, PR #2), fb1354f9 (Vite skeleton, PR #3), cdcda39c (embed + SPA fallback, PR #4), e86810e7 (Makefile/Dockerfile, PR #5), 384c7756 (Gitea Actions CI, PR #6), de5d4031 (AGENTS/CLAUDE/README/ARCHITECTURE docs, PR #7).

Recorded notes: Dockerfile at repo root (CTXD layout names deploy/Dockerfile) to satisfy docker build .; CI triggers on all push/pull_request to satisfy the required evidence.
