Automatic release (policy AUTO) triggered by the verified merge of Feature 23 into dev (34e8496).

Includes: photos for dinners added without a recipe URL — single-flight background backfill through the existing grounding pipeline, authenticated trigger, and Settings → Regular dinners UI (Find missing photos, per-dinner retry eligibility, typed failures in the fix-recipe sheet). Tasks #205 and #206; feature PR #207.

Deployed-sha target for the post-merge deploy: this branch, release/2026-10-12. Note for @overseer: only you merge this to main; after merging, the standard deploy per deploy/RUNBOOK.md applies it (the meal photos feature needs a deploy to reach production).
