Feature 23 — photos for dinners added without a recipe URL. Single-flight background backfill re-grounds photoless failed dinners through the existing Feature 10 Grounder (first image-bearing candidate, attribution kept); authenticated trigger endpoint; Settings → Regular dinners gains Find missing photos and per-dinner retry eligibility with typed failures in the fix-recipe sheet.

Tasks: #205 (backend, 36c40130), #206 (UI, 7a468d2d) — both independently reviewed and merged. Owner request 2026-10-12.
