Feature 15 of MealQuest: the dinner detail API, the mobile recipe detail (1k), Add to this week and favourite, the tablet kitchen reading mode (2a), the Screen Wake Lock for Keep screen on, offline-once-visited detail, and verifiably-safe source attribution links. All seven feature tasks are merged and independently reviewed; this PR integrates the feature into dev and includes a merge of current dev (Feature 18 + its fixes and the offlineQueue deflake), with the App.tsx / App.test.tsx / dinners_test.go conflicts resolved. Feature scope and acceptance criteria are in Maestro feature 293a89c5-bd98-4de4-9afd-5ca371e5e679.
