Maestro task 9affbd78-8b49-4d29-81ed-741581064554. Fixes feature-review finding F15-01 (HIGH): render a source credit whenever a grounded recipe has a source, linking with the safe URL and labelling with the site name or the URL host, and a non-secret plain-text credit when neither can be shown. A fetched recipe whose site name the server withheld rendered no credit
at all, even with a safe link. SourceCredit now credits every fetched
recipe in both layouts: linked by site name, else by the safe url's
host, else plain "Recipe from the web" when neither may be shown.
Manual recipes still get no credit; the url and name secrecy rules are
unchanged. Go change is comment-only: the API already sends source for
every fetched recipe.
