Adds tests/test_recurrence_consolidated.py: every rule type over the fixed 2026-2028 window (two Jan 1 boundaries + leap 2028) with exact expected lists (daily 1096-day sweep, daily-x7 157 firings with gap-7 and boundary-probe proofs, weekly M/W/F 468, custom Tue/Sat, monthly 31st 36 clamped firings incl. 2028-02-29, monthly 2nd-Wed 36, yearly Feb 29 clamp/leap triple, yearly Jun 15 interval-2), Jan-1 boundary sweeps for all rules with per-date occurs_on agreement, and the purity guard (no homeassistant/sqlite/DB-layer imports via resolved module file). 10 new tests; suite 382 passed.
