Adds YEARLY evaluation: fires on month/day (optional day; day-less rules fire the 1st), Feb 29 clamps to Feb 28 in non-leap years (documented policy, consistent with MONTHLY_DAY), interval anchored on years elapsed. Model now allows optional day_of_month on YEARLY (validated 1..31). Forged-unknown-shape guard replaces the now-unreachable unimplemented-shape tests. 16 new tests incl. four-consecutive-year sweeps (2026/2027/2028 leap/2029) and interval-2 leap-day cadence; suite 260 passed.
