Release 0.9.5 — kids' panel Return button.

Release branch cut from validated dev 4afd07d (post-0.9.4 reconcile; return button merged as #272). Version 0.9.4 -> 0.9.5. Schema unchanged at 9; only the bundled panel card changed.

Deliverable: an explicit Return control in the Quest Log header (left chevron + 'The Party', 208x72) that navigates back to the main Party board via the existing board_path/_returnToBoard path; hidden when board_path is unset; the 40s idle return and crest-tap navigation are unchanged.

Checks at this head: TZ=UTC uv run pytest -q = 2154 passed; cd admin && npm test = 318 passed; admin build ok; frontend build ok; node tools/icons/generate.mjs --check exit 0.
