Task 4bf3c47f (UI Bugs feature), built on 9916d83. Replaces the OLD party-board wordmark (two d20 hexagons flanking NestQuest) with the new design: an inline-SVG compass-rose monogram (blue->purple) plus the existing Cinzel Decorative gradient wordmark; row order rule . monogram . wordmark . rule. No raster asset, no CDN, ~1.5 kB source added and nothing to gzip. PANEL-SPEC §2 item 1 updated; new test test_party_board_wordmark_row_is_the_monogram_lockup.

Evidence at 6dff670: TZ=UTC uv run pytest -q = 1990 passed; tests/test_panel_cards.py = 34 passed; frontend build ok (bundle 106.84 kB); tsc --noEmit clean; headless-Chrome render at 1920x1080 and 4x looks correct; bundle has no http(s) URL.

Replace the party-board d20 wordmark with the compass-rose monogram lockup 6dff670d83

The wordmark row now reads rule · monogram · NestQuest · rule, matching
design/logos/NestQuest_Logo.png. The monogram is an 80px inline SVG (compass
rose, broken ring, d20 hexagon with a knocked-out Cinzel Decorative "N")
filled with the brand gradient; no raster or remote asset. The d20 hexagon
styles and HEXAGON_CLIP are removed from the party board, PANEL-SPEC §2
item 1 describes the new row, and the bundle is rebuilt.
