Release 0.9.0 — expanded and custom task icons (Lucide + Font Awesome + emoji).

Release branch cut from the exact validated dev head bdf6d0a (feature e0855415 merged to dev as #248).
Version 0.8.0 -> 0.9.0 (manifest.json, pyproject.toml, uv.lock agree). Schema unchanged at 9; no runtime dependency added.

Included feature: e0855415 Expanded and custom task icons — namespaced icon keys with legacy back-compat (#241/#249), shared icon registry with drift test (#242), admin PWA picker (#243/#250), kids' panel quest-card icon (#245), docs + third-party attribution (#246).

Release checks at this head: TZ=UTC uv run pytest -q = 2100 passed; cd admin && npm test = 297 passed; cd admin && npm run build ok; cd frontend && npm run build ok; node tools/icons/generate.mjs --check exit 0.
