Rewrites the README TouchHub runbook so the primary flow is the zero-config one: install the integration, add the config entry (no fields), set the NestQuest API base URL and panel service token in the options flow, and the panel dashboard registered on setup (url_path /nestquest, strategy custom:nestquest-party) simply appears — no YAML, no manual views, no child_order/quest_log_path/board_path. The hand-built two-view instructions move under a manual alternative (strategy-first, then the two hand-built views), and a new constraints subsection keeps TouchHub Auto-Return greater than idle_return_seconds (default 40s) and the Panel-layout requirement documented, stating the zero-config path satisfies Panel automatically while the manual path must set it.
Checks: TZ=UTC uv run pytest -q -> 1709 passed (baseline 1709); tests/test_panel_cards.py -> 30 passed including the no-admin-controls guard; all README-asserting tests pass. Head: 1ff41c02bd.

The integration now registers its panel dashboard itself on setup
(storage-mode dashboard at /nestquest running the custom:nestquest-party
strategy), so the runbook's primary path no longer asks users to build
views: install, add the config entry, set the API base URL and panel
service token in the options flow, and the dashboard simply appears with
Panel-layout views generated from the roster. The hand-built two-view
instructions move under a manual alternative, and the two constraints
(Panel layout — Masonry squeezes the 1080px card into a column — and
TouchHub Auto-Return greater than idle_return_seconds, default 40s) get
their own subsection stating which path gets each for free.
