Updates README.md HACS install URL, manifest.json documentation and issue_tracker, and tests/test_hacs.py to point at https://github.com/Maniacs-Mansion/NestQuest (the actual GitHub mirror) instead of the old talon2king/NestQuest URL.

pytest 20 passed (test_hacs + test_frontend).
