Adds the NestQuest quest log Lovelace card (1b, read-only): header crest with the child initial, d20 quests-left counter, party progress line, three window columns (morning/afternoon/evening) fed by the per-child instances sensor, sealed quest tiles with claim timestamps, party roll-up under the afternoon column, and the read-only confirm dialog wired to card config (board_path, idle_return_seconds, confirm_timeout_seconds). Rebuilds custom_components/nestquest/www/nestquest-cards.js.

Build: npm run build in frontend (17 modules, nestquest-cards.js 74.22 kB)
Tests: uv run pytest -q — 1486 passed
