Maestro task 77289ff3 (Feature 12).

Vendors Nunito 400/600/700/800, Cinzel 600/700/900, and Cinzel Decorative 700/900 as local woff2. Adds nestquest-fonts.css with font-display: swap, copies panel/admin tokens verbatim from design/tokens/, and loads them on the card hosts. No CDN.

uv run pytest -q: 1483 passed.
