Maestro task 906b5ede (Feature 12).

Adds a Vite + TypeScript + Lit pipeline in frontend/ that builds a single bundle to custom_components/nestquest/www/nestquest-cards.js. The party board, quest log, and admin cards are modules of that bundle. Setup registers the bundle as a Lovelace resource automatically (add_extra_js_url + static path) so YAML card config works without a manual resource. Visual editors are deferred.

uv run pytest -q: 1479 passed.
