Feature 10 task 3. sensor.nestquest__next_quest: earliest open quest title in state (truncated at 255), full title/window/due date/due time/instance id in attributes, documented "none" sentinel when nothing is open. Reads only the coordinator snapshot.

Add the per-child next-quest sensor 1f7a7ba46c 
State carries the earliest open quest's title truncated under the
255-character limit with the full shape in attributes; the documented
"none" sentinel is reported when the day is clear.
