Feature 10 task 1. NestQuestCoordinator: one refresh pass → active children, today instances with derived open/done/missed states, per-child presence (PresenceEngine over schedules + overrides, records converted to model objects), rollup counts, cycle day via anchor-date arithmetic (D-004). CONF_UPDATE_INTERVAL option (default 300s, min 30s) in const + options flow; coordinator created per entry in async_setup_entry, first refresh at setup, async_shutdown on unload. Harness gains a functional DataUpdateCoordinator stand-in.

uv run pytest: 1371 passed.

Add the shared NestQuest data update coordinator 979eafc5a2 
One refresh pass builds the whole entity snapshot: active children,
today's instances with derived open/done/missed states, per-child
presence via the PresenceEngine (records converted to model objects),
rollup counts, and the custody cycle day. Interval configurable via
the new update_interval option, default five minutes.
