Task 457530b6 (Feature 4f6dfe1b): the definition sheet gains a Start date date input so a task can be scheduled to begin on a future date.

Developer evidence at 9a5c91d434: cd admin && npm test = 15 files, 235 passed; npm run build exit 0. Field added after Repeats, bound to draft.startDate (already sent in the create/edit body); tests cover default-to-today, POST/PATCH rule.start_date, edit prefill, and occurrence-preview carrying the date. A cleared date is not sent (save is blocked with a clear message).

Add a Start date field to the task edit sheet 9a5c91d434 
The draft's start date was always today and nothing in the sheet could
change it. Surface it as a date input after Repeats, pre-filled from the
definition's rule on edit, and refuse to submit an empty date.
