A fetched recipe whose site name the server withheld rendered no credit at all, even with a safe link. SourceCredit now credits every fetched recipe in both layouts: linked by site name, else by the safe url's host, else plain "Recipe from the web" when neither may be shown. Manual recipes still get no credit; the url and name secrecy rules are unchanged. Go change is comment-only: the API already sends source for every fetched recipe.
