README.md: replace the scaffold status with the production URL, the stack, sqlc-check, and where the deploy runbook lives (deploy/RUNBOOK.md + CTXD). Details

ARCHITECTURE.md: drop the Feature 01 "planned application" framing; add
the missing packages (forwarded, secureurl, home, ai/aisettings) to the
