Maestro task 0544e318-9b5f-4264-9884-1ec8cb63fd49.

Adds the 2026-10-11/12 production smoke section to docs/LAUNCH.md: full loop (sign-in, Regulars, Try it/Pass, AI draft, swap, Calendar push with no-duplicate re-push, shopping list + AI title, have-it toggle, Chat delivery, push delivery on the owner iPhone, Quick and Cook-from-what-I-have), evidenced server-side with the owner confirmations recorded on the Maestro task. Spans two deploys (743a155 → 561f249 via the new auto-deploy).
