Promotion: dev -> main (automatic, per RELEASE_PREPARATION_POLICY = AUTO)

Triggered by Feature 14 becoming task-complete with its reviewed merge into dev verified at dev commit 1862f450db872dc25c420e4d9dcfffbc4bc16c9a.

Release branch release/2026-10-07c was cut from that exact validated dev tip and then merged with origin/main, producing head fd225b9f906c8d612965bc49fc4ad3b61866d9ff, which contains both the dev tip and the main tip.

Included feature

Feature 14 — Weekly Plan Builder. The AI-drafted weekly dinner schedule the household adjusts, mixing Regulars and Quest-log picks (mobile mock 1f, tablet 2c, desktop 2d).

All seven of its tasks are done, each independently reviewed at its exact head and merged:

The feature-level review of the merged feature head approved it only after a HIGH found at the first feature head was fixed and re-reviewed: the integration fix (PR #122, reviewed at b3b342e) revalidates the draft pool inside the save transaction, refuses a duplicate dinner on a second day of the same week, and refreshes the Quest log after a draft.
