Maestro task cb7da499-ffda-441d-8574-82e57b332fb6 - "Try it and Pass animations" (Feature 13).
Done-condition: the Try it and Pass exits, the deck promotion and the reduced-motion path use the Web Animations API with the exact handoff Motion 2/3/5 values (Try it button bump, stamp pop, wiggle, fly right with the 18% anticipation and cubic-bezier(.55,0,.8,.4); Pass fold with transform-origin 0% 50%, the per-segment easings and the shade overlay; deck promotion 300 ms cubic-bezier(.2,.8,.2,1)); input is locked while busy; under prefers-reduced-motion both exits become a 200 ms opacity fade with no wiggle, fold or promotion; Vitest spies on Element.animate and asserts keyframes, durations and easings, with typecheck, test and build passing.
Builds on the merged deck screen (task 1ecc121c) and its shared decision handler and input lock. The swipe gesture (54c12e9e), optimistic mutations/prefetch (ea935fbc) and the Quest log sheet (5ad0b188) remain later tasks; the animation module is written so they can reuse it.

Add web/src/discover/motion.ts with the handoff Motion §2, §3, §5 and §6
values over the Web Animations API: the button and Quest log pill bump,
the "Try it!" stamp pop, wiggle and throw right, the Pass page fold with
its shade, the 300 ms deck promotion and the 200 ms reduced-motion fade.
Each exit takes an optional starting transform for the swipe gesture and
returns { finished, cancel }.
DiscoverPage now runs the exit, sends the decision once the card is gone
and keeps input locked until it settles; a refused decision cancels the
exit so the card comes back, and leaving the page mid-exit sends nothing.
The shade uses --color-text (#201e1d).
