Maestro task 50c24cf4-de4c-4455-9e1b-217eccf6fef9. async_get_db_path via hass.config.path + executor-backed mkdir; no sqlite3 usage; path resolution only. 65 tests passing. Independent review pending on head ec0fc29160.
