Maestro task d34d0887-57bf-49be-bf6a-26b0bc1f85d3. Implements NestQuestConfigFlow (async_step_user, single_instance_allowed abort), strings.json + translations/en.json, minimal entry tracking in init. 37 tests passing. Independent review pending on head 30fc3eb1d3.
