Patch release carrying the panel SSE stream fix (PR #295, task 4cbf2e96): the integration now iterates response.content, fixing the logged asyncio async-for TypeError (935 occurrences). Schema unchanged at 9. Version 0.10.0 -> 0.10.1.

Release checks: TZ=UTC uv run pytest -q = 2201 passed; cd admin && npm test = 352 passed; admin/frontend builds ok; node tools/icons/generate.mjs --check exit 0.

Merging to main is overseer-only.
