Rebuild the panel bundle so cards render any Free Solid icon (task 3f21165f) 135cb9ee7f

The icon registry already resolves the full Font Awesome Free Solid set
(task 7c3be300), but the committed panel bundle still carried only the
curated list. Rebuild it and add a panel-card test that a non-curated
Free Solid name renders its glyph while an unknown fa: name keeps the star.
