Maestro Feature 24 (000fab07). One task fbd108e4 (PR #220): commit the admin PWA hosting artifacts (deploy/pwa/Dockerfile + nginx.conf, a pwa compose service on :8081 with VITE_* build args, .env.example values) and a runbook section describing the build/serve and the Traefik nestquest-app router, aligned with the live config.

Head: c3cb44c5e6 (base dev 87e3f12). Suite 1865 passed; admin 189; build ok. The PWA is already live at https://nestquest.cubecraftlabs.com; this makes its hosting reproducible/auditable.
