Maestro Feature 17 (911b11a7). All six tasks done: containerize (#183), reverse proxy + TLS (#214), Authentik app/provider/group (#baa8178e closed), network separation (#e0a2110a closed), Litestream backup (#215), tested restore + runbook (#216).

The API is LIVE at https://nestquest.cubecraftlabs.com (Traefik/Cloudflare; TLS auto-renew), panel routes LAN-only to the HA box, admin routes public behind Authentik (real login: admin 200, non-admin 403), continuous backup to the Synology over SFTP, restore proven.

Head: 0fc8764455 (base dev fe44740). Full suite TZ=UTC uv run pytest -q = 1865 passed; cd admin && npm test = 14 files, 189 passed; npm run build exit 0. This branch adds only Dockerfile/.dockerignore/deploy/* and an api/README note (git diff origin/dev..HEAD = 9 files).
