Replaces service-based startup with a foreground OpenCode orchestrator launcher. nq-orchestrate renders a terminal runtime prompt, accepts an optional mission file or stdin, and launches terminal-orchestrator immediately. It can emit the standalone prompt with --print-prompt. Obsolete service-control slash commands are removed. Validation: 14 tests pass; OpenCode 1.18.32 loads the terminal agent; rendered prompt excludes the service runtime.
