Adds named OpenCode 1.18.31 agents for controller, GLM developer, and DeepSeek approver; a durable single-owner controller; exact-head Claude review launcher; restricted feature merge broker; and a systemd unit. Current CTXD v6 model choices are used. Validation: seven controller/launcher tests pass, all named agents resolve in the installed binary, CTXD preflight returns v6, and the interactive NestQuest session guard detects the open TUI. The service is not activated by this PR. Credential rotation requires CTXD and Maestro admin access.
