SensorDeviceClass.PERCENTAGE was removed from Home Assistant. The completion percentage sensor crashes on HA 2026.9.3 with AttributeError.

Fix: remove the device_class attribute (use unit_of_measurement % only). Also fixes manifest URL test assertions that still pointed at the old talon2king/NestQuest repo.

pytest 1496 passed.
