Feature 11 task 5. end_of_day_report.yaml: time trigger defaulting 20:00 (owner-resolved: BEFORE the midnight missed sweep, reading the same day's data — never the rollover time), send toggle, send_even_when_clear option, household notify target. Every present child gets a completion line; children with open quests get the still-open line (the quests the sweep will mark missed); absent children omitted; all-clear sends nothing unless opted in (false template condition stops the action). tests/test_blueprint_end_of_day.py: 8 tests incl. collision suffixes.

uv run pytest: 1465 passed.

Add the end-of-day parent report blueprint d2f9c50930 
Defaults to 20:00 local — deliberately before the midnight missed
sweep, reading the same day's data. Every present child gets a
completion line; owed lines name still-open quests; absent children
are omitted; nothing sends when all clear unless opted in.
