Feature 11 task 3. custom_components/nestquest/blueprints/automation/morning_summary.yaml: time trigger, send-summary toggle, household-chosen notify service (placeholder only), and a message iterating PRESENT children from binary_sensor.nestquest_present_today with each present child's remaining count from sensor.nestquest_quests_remaining_today — absent children omitted entirely. Tests parse the blueprint, validate entity references against the Feature 10 shapes, and render the message against fixtures (present+owes, present+clear, present+missing sensors, absent omitted, none present, toggle off). pyyaml+jinja2 join the dev-only deps.

uv run pytest: 1439 passed.

Add the morning summary blueprint dc7a82f6e2 
Iterates present children from the Feature 10 presence sensors, lists
what each owes today from the remaining sensor, omits absent children
entirely. Blueprint inputs (time, notify service, send toggle); the
notify target is the household's choice, never hard-coded. PyYAML and
Jinja2 join the dev-only dependencies for blueprint template tests.
