Feature 11 task 2. The options flow gains the notifications section: notify_target (free-text HA service name, EMPTY default — no personal target hard-coded anywhere), morning/afternoon/end-of-day times validated strict HH:MM with defaults 08:00 / 15:00 / 20:00 per the owner-settled resolution (the report must NOT default to the midnight rollover), and four independent enable toggles (strict booleans). Raw submits missing the keys keep stored values; stored settings are the form defaults and round-trip.

uv run pytest: 1427 passed.
