Maestro task 29b629aa-1ad9-48a3-be75-0380b645d4fe.

The archive marks a past unfrozen run as still open and links to the editable Supply run route instead of presenting it as a frozen read-only post; frozen posts stay read-only. No schema change. Note for the owner: the wording 'Still open' is new and not in the design handoff.

Mark unfrozen Supply archive posts and open them in the Supply run ... c2a63192a6

The Supply archive presented every post as a frozen, read-only list, even a
past week's Supply run that week_rollover had not frozen and that the
Supply run route could still change. Each archive post now carries frozen;
a post not yet frozen is marked (Current, or Still open for a past week)
and links to the Supply run, where it can still change. Only frozen posts
open read-only in the archive.

Supply archive: open an unfrozen ?week= visit in the editable Supply run (Maestro 29b629aa) ... 3a4991cc8e

Review remediation for task 29b629aa-1ad9-48a3-be75-0380b645d4fe.

Finding 1 (medium): /plan/shopping/archive?week=<week> forced the list
read-only whatever its status, so a saved link to a Supply run not yet
frozen showed it tagged Archived without checkboxes. Read-only, a run
not yet frozen now opens the editable Supply run screen instead
(replace), and only a frozen run is tagged Archived. The desktop test
that pinned the old read-only behaviour now expects the editable
routing, and a new test covers a past week not yet frozen.

Finding 2 (low): the card link uses the exported supplyRunScreen()
instead of a duplicate supplyRun() helper.
