Feature 18 of MealQuest: the ideas-from-ingredients and quick_ideas skills and their async jobs, the idea actions (Quest log / Cook tonight), the Cook from what I have screen (1i) and the Quick dinners screen (1j). All five feature tasks are merged and independently reviewed; this PR integrates the feature into dev. Feature scope and acceptance criteria are in Maestro feature 640e946c-3280-430a-b1f0-025d4643fd29.
