Refresh repo docs to match what was built (Maestro 3b22e48b)

ARCHITECTURE.md: drop the Feature 01 "planned application" framing; add
the missing packages (forwarded, secureurl, home, ai/aisettings) to the
layout; add photo backfill (text as on dev), a job-kinds table and a
Deployment section (compose stack, systemd units, release flow, automated
deploy of main); correct the onboarding notifications step, which now
subscribes to Web Push.

AGENTS.md: the internal/* list is no longer "planned" and names every
package; migrations/ and deploy/ describe what exists; cmd/vapidgen and the
sqlc targets are listed; the release flow notes the auto-deploy of main.

README.md: replace the scaffold status with the production URL, the stack,
sqlc-check, and where the deploy runbook lives (deploy/RUNBOOK.md + CTXD).
